1 Definitions and Scope of Agreement

3 User Account and Responsibilities

Each user is fully responsible for their account. These responsibilities include:

• Keeping your password secure and not sharing it with anyone
• Notifying 4dnum immediately if your account is accessed without your permission
• Ensuring all information in your account is accurate and kept up to date
• Not transferring the account to any other individual

4dnum is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login details secure. All activities carried out using your login credentials are considered your own actions.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4dnum accepts a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian players. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20
• Minimum withdrawal is RM100
• Withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes
• All deposits and withdrawals must use an account in the name of the registered user only
• 4dnum reserves the right to request additional verification before approving high-value withdrawals

Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay as well as cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by 4dnum are subject to specific wagering requirements. Users must read and understand these requirements before accepting any bonus.

The 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit of up to RM1,000 requires a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal from the bonus funds can be made. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM3,200 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000

4dnum reserves the right to change, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is a serious violation of these terms.

6 VIP Programme and Cashback

4dnum offers a VIP programme with three tiers to reward loyal members. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback rate:

• 🥉 Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• 🥈 Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• 🥇 Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's level of activity and loyalty on the platform. 4dnum reserves the right to change the structure of this VIP programme at any time and will notify members through the appropriate channels.

7 User Conduct and Prohibitions

Users of the 4dnum platform are prohibited from doing the following:

• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or play on the platform
• Manipulating game outcomes through technical means or collusion with other users
• Using information obtained unlawfully to gain an advantage in betting
• Carrying out any activity related to money laundering through the platform
• Uploading or distributing unlawful content through any communication channel on the platform
• Providing false or misleading information to the customer support team

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance and appropriate legal action.

8 Responsible Gambling

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 4dnum is not responsible for:

• Any financial losses arising from gambling activities on the platform
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control
• Data loss resulting from a user's device failure or internet connection
• Disputed betting outcomes caused by connection issues on the user's end

In the event of any technical disruption during a game, 4dnum reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the original stake to the user's account.

11 Changes to Terms and Conditions

4dnum reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the website. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any latest changes.

Continued use of the 4dnum platform after any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of the latest version of the terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact customer support to close your account.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 4dnum is registered. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
